Kenya Ferry Services Ltd.'s current mainstay occupation is the provision of a ferry link to both pedestrian and vehicle traffic.
The company owns and operates five ferry vessels namely: MV Nyayo, MV Harambee, MV Kilindini, MV Pwani & MV Mvita.

The first four ferries serve the Likoni crossing while Mvita serves the Mtongwe crossing during morning and evening peak times only.
On a daily basis, KFSL transports on average 170,000 pedestrians and 3,000 vehicles or 62 million pedestrians and 1.2 million vehicles annually.
