Kenya Ferry Services has managed to attract a fairly qualified human
capital and currently has a staff strength of 212 employees.
One of corporations key human resource strategic objectives is to
develop and retain a well motivated and competent human resource- an
essential prerequisite for the company for it to meet it's core
functions.
To this end, the company through it's human Resource and
Administration department, focuses on creating a culture that
enables employees to make the best use of their competencies and to
realise their maximum potential for the benefit of both the
customers and themselves.
